I don’t sleep with my watch on, and turn it off when I remove it for the evening, which could be one reason why it’s just sipping it’s battery charge. And it can track your daily activity data like Steps, calories, distance and minutes active and generate data. This is not good if one sleep outside this period or if one need to charge your watch during this period.
