If anyone actually from TalkTalk is reading this, you need to answer this, not get others to trouble themselves. Picture quality on HD is excellent - better than with BT - but SD channels are very pixelated for about half an hour.

I've just unplugged my previous box which was working perfectly regarding my aerial channels and players and plugged my new box in which arrived today and the box can't tune in any channels.The device does not support WiFi USB dongles – a wired network connection is required for on-demand services. I had no need of TT's streaming options, so once it was up and running, I did another reset - this time the 'factory reset - do not keep recordings' option. Can I ask if anyone knows for sure that this box will not work now due to it not being "supported" ? Here, it was explained that only paid for services had ended being supported on the old box, should not have stopped working in other ways due to that and that it might be a fault.
